Gluten Free Fudge Recipe

This is a simple recipe for delicious gluten free fudge. Once you taste it, please eat in moderation!

1 cup GF semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup GF milk chocolate chips

1 can of sweetened condensed milk

2 teaspoons of vanilla extract

(You can add other ingredients like gluten free walnuts, peanuts, and more. Use your imagination. If marshmallows on top sounds appetizing, go it for it!)

Spread wax paper on an 8×8 pan or dish. Melt the first three ingredients together on low heat, constantly stirring them. Mix in the vanilla and stir well. Pour onto the wax paper. Smooth out the mixture evenly. Chill the fudge mix for 4-5 hours in the fridge. Once the mixture is cooled, turn the fudge upside down to remove the wax paper before cutting.

There are a number of variations to this recipe that you can use.

For mint fudge, replace half of the chocolate chips with mint chocolate chips. Or you can melt the mint chocolate chips with a bit of sweetened condensed milk and drizzle over the regular fudge mixture.

Using the same formula, you can make butterscotch or peanut butter fudge. Of course, you can use the colored wafers to brighten the fudge up a bit too.
